Notes: |
Recorded for the show
"Musicorama", on french station Europe 1
First broadcast : 1969.11.02 -
Second Broadcast (not complete) : 2007.12.07
Mono Recording
Lineage : FM > MZ RH10 (PCM mode)
Notes : The story is simple : Originaly broadcasted November 2, 1969 on
Europe1 (Musicorama) and NEVER rebroadcast after, the master tape was
forgotten in the radio basements and rediscover few months ago .
Every Led Zeppelin die hard fan knew the existence of this
recording, but it seems that the circulation was very very limited. Now it's
time to liberate it !
With the reunion going on, the french radio station Europe 2 decided to air
this show. A huge thanks to them !
After a lot of speculations in the comunity of Zep fans all the week here it
is finally. A pre-FM would be even better of course, but it's still a
fantastic X Mas present in advance (before the reunion gig, hopefully here
by Tuesday morning)
And yes after the broadcast I can assure you that it's a true gem !
"Moby Dick" was played but not broadcasted. |
