Between Whiplash and Creeping Death James says "I hope to see all of you
at the Stone tomorrow night". They played at The Stone, San Francisco on
83-11-26. Then we know this recording is from 83-11-25 Berkeley.
There's another version of this boot on which the part where James talks
about seeing everyone at the Stone tomorrow is cut. In case you got this
one, check that James dedicates Phantom Lord to "those who got pulled away
in the cop car. This is for the old trues". It's something unique that he
says for this show.
Fight Fire with Fire cuts almost at the very end of the song and then the
next two songs which were played this night Ride the Lightning and Phantom
Lord are missing from this source. This source cuts back in with about a
minute left in Call Of ktulu. The taper seemed to have some problems with
his gear halfway into metal militia, the sound cuts in and out until the end
of the song...maybe dying batteries??
