2nd of three consecutive shows at the Forum. Dennis didn't start recording
until the prayer section of Enter Sandman, and even that had some rig
situating problems, enough that by the time the tape started to sound smooth
the song was nearly over. I've chosen to omit the song and start abruptly at
Creeping Death rather than patch an entire song in from another show.
Tapeflip patches in through the Never, Fade to Black and Am I Evil are taken
from the night 3.
