Notes from taper :"This recording is from the Unholy Alliance Tour with
LAMB OF GOD, MASTODON, CHILDREN OF BODOM and THINE EYES BLEED. This was a
great show, my only regret is that the Slayer set didn't go longer. I went
to this show to see Slayer and Mastodon (which I also recorded). I didn't
know any of the other bands very well. The other bands were just OK, it's
hard to listen to sub-par metal when you are waiting for Slayer(with the
exception of Mastodon). I almost pussed out and left my gear in the car, but
I got my balls back on and got through security. How I got through is a
different and funny story. As is for most of my recordings, it is mediocre
due to my cheap MIC. It's slury on the high end but the show was so fucking
loud there is minimal audiance chatter. This is definately an enjoyable
recording. ENJOY! " |
