Taper's notes: "The best Megadeth show I've attended, so far. I've seen
them now since 1990 and this one kicked ass! "Dave's put a NEW standard for
live music" because Heaven And Hell played the day after in Copenhagen, the
same reporter went to see both bands and in the H&H review he put that H&H
would get the highest score. But they didn't get it because the day before,
Megadeth had put a new standard for how a live show should be! Megadeth got
6 of 6 and H&H got 5 of 6. The recording itself: I was standing on the
balcony, which goes over the stage so I got more or less the stage sound.
You can hear the drums good. About the second CD. This was a lost, I
thought, because when I was due to change MD disc the security was right
behind me and he told me not to start the second one. I didn't. That was
when I was wrong, when I put it in my pocked, I must have put it on again
and it recorded the last tracks and I didn't noticed it until I was looking
for a empty MD disc a few weeks later. So here it is, with "Peace Sells" cut
in the start." |
