Taper's comments: "This is a complete recording of the first MEGADETH
show in Lithuania. The concert was a part of their TH1RT3EN World Tour. The
band did not play at the biggest arena in the country but the crowd of about
2000 people welcomed the band very enthusiastically. The recording is of the
average quality (6/10). It is strongly cleaned out, so the listeners are
cheated in some way. I was standing almost without a chance to move so the
atmosphere around me was more savage than it is represented by this spurious
document. Anyway, the recording reflects the sound of the night quite
properly, the sound that was not so impressive as one could expect after
seeing the monoliths of Marshalls on the stage. And it is not only the
opinion by the taper defending his low-budget work." First mega-recording
from Lithuania ever. Thanks a lot to the taper. The recording is nice but
owing to the aforementioned it was hard to expect more. Sadly standard
setlist for that part of the tour. |
