Of the 8 Stephane Megadeth masters I was given to master this was the most
difficult. Apparently Stephane had a loose wire on the mic he used, and
there were many instances of crackles and pops and a couple of sputters. I
painstakingly removed the crackle in as many places as possible. The
sputtering during the first song I couldn't repair, and editing it out and
replacing it with other parts of the song was not possible because the bad
spots happened during lead breaks. Some static remains during the intro to
Holy Wars and part of Im Mourning.
This show was recorded from a fairly distant location in a very reverby
hall. The low end was a big blur that swallowd the rest of the recording.
That has been fixed as well as possible too.
